Sagi has been the CEO of ADSone for the past 15 years. Drawing from his 20 years of logistics experience ranging from the Israeli Defence Force to complex deep-sea diving expeditions, assisted Sagi with development of revolutionary real time logistics solutions tailor made for e-commerce unique requirements.
With ‘out-of-the-box’ thinking,  and with the Israeli start-up mentality Sagi morphed ADSone into a market leader providing innovative logistics solutions.

Sagi was selected to be part of Israel’s unique ‘Amirim’ education program at the age of 14. This involved enrolment into one of Israel’s leading universities at this young age, providing Sagi with the unique learning tools to become an innovative entrepreneur.

The Hon. Philip Dalidakis

Chief Operating Officer

The Hon. Philip Dalidakis was a Member of the Victorian Parliament from 2014 to 2019 and served as Victoria’s Minister for Innovation & the Digital Economy, Trade & Investment and Small Business from July 2015 to December 2018. He created a bold vision for Victoria as a leading biotech, innovation and technology hub across the Asia Pacific. During his time as a Minister, Philip implemented a cybersecurity strategy that led to the creation of the Oceania Cyber Security Centre, rebranded and grew the international office network & oversaw a number of country and regional strategies.

Before being elected to the Victorian Parliament, Mr Dalidakis worked in various roles in the public and private sectors, including Deloitte and at ASX-listed Centro Properties Group. He most recently worked at Australia Post as Executive General Manager, Corporate Services, where he was a member of the leadership team.

Mr Dalidakis has a Master of Commerce from UNSW as well as a double degree in Arts (Politics and Thai Language) and Business (Management) from Monash University.

Leon is a highly experienced business leader of the APAC region, with more than 30 years’ experience, having established a successful career spanning the IT, communications, and software industries.

Mr Kempler’s current honorary roles also include: President of Museums Victoria; Chairman of the Advisory Council of the National Science and Technology Centre – Questacon; National Chairman of the Australia-Israel Chamber of Commerce; Director of the Sir General John Monash Foundation; Director of Wonderment Walk Victoria; and International Adviser for the Israel Science, Technology & Innovation Policy Institute.

Mr Kempler’s past honorary roles include: Director of the Royal Children’s Hospital Foundation and Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Royal Children’s Hospital Foundation; Chairman of the Melbourne International Jazz Festival; and Vice Chancellor Professorial Fellow, Monash University.
